What impact will the solar farms have on our environment?

Solar energy is a non-polluting source of electricity that
decreases greenhouse gas emissions

Generating electricity with solar power instead of fossil fuels dramatically reduces greenhouse gas emissions, particularly carbon dioxide (CO2). Greenhouse gases, which are produced when fossil fuels are burned, lead to rising global temperatures and climate change. By going solar, we can reduce demand for fossil fuels, limit greenhouse gas emissions, and shrink our carbon footprint.

 

Fossil fuels produce around 21.3 billion tons of CO2 each year. According to scientists and environmentalists, CO2 is a contributor that causes the average surface temperature of the Earth to rise.
